On paper you're fine.
Inside, you're not.

Most of the things below sound familiar. Some hit harder than others. That's the signal.

Anxiety isn't broken thinking.
It's a protector that won't put down its job.

Somewhere along the way, anxiety learned to do something useful for you — keep you alert, keep you sharp, keep you ahead of the risk. It worked. So it stayed. And it kept working long past the point where the cost stopped being worth it.

That's why the usual "calm down" tools only get you so far. You can't talk a protector out of protecting. You have to give it a new job — or build something more trustworthy underneath, so it can finally rest.

The work here is both. The practical regulation that calms the system today. And the deeper work that lets you stop being run by it.

And if anxiety wasn't
running the show?

Not perfection. Not "never anxious again." Something quieter, and more real.

Three phases.
One direction.

I

Understand

First we get honest about what's actually going on.

What your anxiety is, where it learned its job, what it's trying to protect, what triggers it now. Without pathologizing, without shaming, without trying to fix you. Understanding is what makes change possible.

II

Regulate

Then we settle the system that's been firing too hard for too long.

Nervous system, sleep, energy, the daily practical work. Evidence-based tools you can actually use — not platitudes. This is where most things shift first, and where the deeper work becomes possible.

III

Rebuild

Then we build the version of you that doesn't need anxiety to function.

Identity, decisions, the parts of your life that anxiety has quietly been organizing for you. A way of working, leading and living that holds without the constant hum. Not "fixed." Real.

For whom this works.
And for whom it doesn't.

The wrong fit wastes both our time — and in this work, it can also delay the right kind of help.

This is for you if…

  • Your anxiety is real — and you're still functioning. Maybe even succeeding. Just exhausted from the inside.
  • It shows up at work, in decisions, in performance, in your sense of self.
  • You want real change, not a coping mechanism on top of a coping mechanism.
  • You're willing to do the work — both the practical regulation and the deeper identity work.
  • You take responsibility for your outcomes, not your circumstances.
  • You're open to working alongside therapy if that's already part of your support — coaching pairs well with it.

This is not for you if…

  • You're in active crisis, struggling with severe panic disorder, or have thoughts of self-harm. Please reach out to a licensed therapist, doctor, or crisis line first.
  • You have a diagnosed anxiety disorder needing clinical treatment. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or medical care.
  • You want someone to "fix" you without you having to change anything.
  • You're looking for a quick technique to make the discomfort go away. Real change takes months.
  • You want a guru, not a coach who will tell you the truth.

This is coaching, not therapy or medical care. It works well alongside therapy and is suited to high-functioning people doing real work on themselves. If you're in crisis or have a clinical anxiety disorder, please see a licensed therapist or doctor first.

What people actually ask.

How is coaching different from therapy?

Therapy diagnoses and treats. Coaching works with people who are functioning and want to change something — patterns, identity, decisions, how they relate to their own mind. There's overlap, but the lane is different. If you have a diagnosed anxiety disorder, therapy is the right primary support. Coaching can sit alongside it — many of my clients work with both.

Can coaching actually help with anxiety?

For high-functioning, work- and identity-related anxiety — yes, often significantly. Not because we "remove" anxiety, but because we change your relationship to it, settle the system that's been over-firing, and build a version of you that doesn't need it as a control function. For clinical anxiety, panic disorder or severe symptoms, this is not the right primary support — see a licensed therapist.

I've tried meditation, journaling, breathwork, books. What's different here?

Those are tools. Useful, but limited if used in isolation. The difference here is structure, accountability and depth — a direct coach who knows your situation in detail, stays with you over months, tells you the truth, and works on both the regulation and the deeper work at the same time. That's what 1:1 is for.

Is the work online or in person?

Both are possible. In-person available in Vienna; otherwise video. Most clients are remote — it makes no difference to the quality of the work.

What's the real time commitment?

Plan on the session itself plus a small daily practice between sessions — usually 15–30 minutes — plus the time to actually let new patterns settle in your life. Less than that and the regulation doesn't compound. Honestly, this is the hardest part.

What if I get worse before I get better?

Sometimes it happens. Understanding what's actually going on can make things noisier before it makes them quieter. We talk about it. We adjust pace. We never push past what your system can hold.

Can we split the payment?

Talk to me on the intro call — we can find something that works.

I'm in crisis or thinking about self-harm. Can you help?

I'm not the right first step. Please reach out to a licensed therapist or doctor, or your country's crisis line, today. Once you're stabilized and working with professional clinical support, we can talk about whether coaching makes sense alongside it.

You've been carrying this long enough.
Let's start with one conversation.

A few quick questions, then a free 15-minute call. No pitch, no pressure, no commitment. If it's a fit, we go further. If not, you'll leave with something useful anyway.
