Maybe some of this
sounds familiar.

Burnout doesn't always look like collapse. Often it looks like someone who keeps showing up — barely.

01

You're tired in a way sleep doesn't fix.

02

The work you used to love now feels heavy — even on a good day.

03

You snap at people who don't deserve it. Then you feel guilty. Then you do it again.

04

You've started to dread Sunday afternoons.

05

You wake at 3 AM with a clenched jaw and a head full of work.

06

Your body is sending signals — headaches, gut, breath, sleep — and you can't keep ignoring them.

07

You feel guilty when you rest, and resentful when you don't.

08

People say you're "doing great." It feels like a lie.

09

You're functional. Just barely. And you don't know how much longer you can keep this up.

Burnout isn't a character flaw.
It's a signal.

You didn't fail. Your nervous system has been doing its job — carrying you through years of high stakes, long hours and quiet pressure. Now it's telling you the bill has come due.

Burnout isn't laziness, weakness or a personality flaw. It's chronic stress meeting a body that has finally stopped pretending. The good news: with the right work, it's reversible. The honest part: it takes time, structure and someone who knows what they're looking at.

That's what the work I do is for. Not to push you harder. Not to "optimize" you. To bring you back — and rebuild a version of you that can do meaningful work without breaking itself.

Three phases.
One direction.

I

Stabilize

First, we stop the bleed.

Sleep. Nervous system. Energy. Boundaries. We restore the basics — without you having to "fix yourself" on top of everything else you're carrying.

II

Understand

Then we look at what got you here.

Without shame. Without diagnosis-as-identity. We map the patterns, the pressures and the parts of you that have been carrying the weight for too long.

III

Rebuild

Then we build a way back that holds.

A version of you that can lead, create and care without breaking yourself in the process. Not the old you, running harder. A real you, working in a way that lasts.

What people actually ask.

Is this therapy?

No. I'm a coach — not a clinical therapist or psychologist. If you need clinical support, I'll say so and help you find it. For most high-functioning burnout, structured coaching is exactly the right fit, and many clients work alongside a therapist or doctor.

How long does recovery actually take?

Honest answer: it depends on how long you've been in it and how willing you are to slow down. Most engagements run 8–16 weeks. Real recovery — sleeping well, feeling like yourself, sustainable work — usually takes longer than people want. We pace it so it actually holds.

Can I keep working while we do this?

In most cases, yes. We're not asking you to disappear from your life. We're changing how you operate inside it. For severe burnout, sometimes a real pause is needed — we'll talk about that openly if it applies.

Is what I'm experiencing actually burnout?

That's exactly what the assessment helps clarify. Burnout sits on a spectrum, and "I'm fine, I'm just tired" is often the first warning. The intro call gives us a clearer read together.

What does it cost?

Programs run from focused short engagements to longer retainers. The right format depends on where you are. We'll talk numbers openly on the intro call — no pressure, no upsell.

Is everything confidential?

Always. Your name, your situation, your industry — none of it leaves our conversations. That's non-negotiable.

You've carried this far enough.
Let's start with one conversation.

A few quick questions, then a free 15-minute call. No pitch, no pressure, no commitment. If it's a fit, we go further. If not, you'll leave with something useful anyway.
