Settle
First we get the body out of perpetual stress mode.
Sleep, nervous system, energy, the daily practical work. Evidence-based regulation tools — not platitudes. This is where most things shift first, and where the deeper work becomes possible.
— Stress Coaching for High-Performers
1:1 coaching for high-functioning people whose stress has stopped being a phase. Before it tips into burnout. Direct, evidence-based, no fluff.
Most of the things below sound familiar. Some hit harder than others. That's the signal.
Takes under a minute · 100% confidential
Stress is a normal human signal. Useful in short bursts. The system was designed to spike, act, and come down. That's the loop that works.
It becomes a problem when the off-switch stops working — when the body, the work, and the identity merge into a single always-on system that doesn't know how to stop. That's not a willpower issue. It's a system issue. And it needs a system-level intervention, not another productivity hack.
The work here is both. Settling the system today, so you can actually function. And rebuilding underneath, so the system stops needing to run this hard in the first place.
Not zero stress. Stress in its right place — with recovery on the other side.
First we get the body out of perpetual stress mode.
Sleep, nervous system, energy, the daily practical work. Evidence-based regulation tools — not platitudes. This is where most things shift first, and where the deeper work becomes possible.
Then we look at why you've been running this hard.
Without shame. Without "discipline" lectures. The patterns, the pressures, the parts of you that learned long ago that stress was the price of being valued, useful, or safe. Naming it is what makes change possible.
Then we build a way of working that doesn't need stress to function.
How you carry the load. How you decide. How you say no, how you take breaks, how you stop measuring yourself by output. A version of you that performs — without the constant cost. Not "fixed." Real.
The wrong fit wastes both our time — and in this work, it can also delay the right kind of help.
This is coaching, not therapy or medical care. It works well alongside therapy and is suited to high-functioning people doing real work on themselves. If you're in crisis or have a diagnosed condition, please see a licensed therapist or doctor first.
A few questions so I understand where you are. Under a minute. No pitch.
15 minutes on the phone or video. We see if it's a real fit. No pressure either way.
Regular sessions over six months — paced to what your nervous system can hold.
A clear plan for what comes next — with or without further support.
A complete 1:1 stress coaching program — built around the three phases, paced to what your system can hold, and designed to leave you with a way of working and living that doesn't need stress to function.
Courses give you tools. Useful, but limited if used in isolation. The difference here is structure, accountability and depth — a direct coach who knows your situation in detail, stays with you over months, tells you the truth, and works on both the regulation and the deeper pattern at the same time. That's what 1:1 is for. It costs more — but only because it works differently.
No, this is exactly the right time. Burnout coaching is for after the collapse. This work is to prevent it — settle the system, understand what's driving it, rebuild before the wall. The people who do this work before they hit burnout almost always describe it as the best decision they could have made.
Therapy diagnoses and treats. Coaching works with people who are functioning and want to change something — patterns, identity, decisions, how they relate to their own system. If you have a clinical condition, therapy is the right primary support. Coaching can sit alongside it.
We work with your reality, not a fantasy version of it. Sometimes the job needs to change. Sometimes how you carry it does. Often both. The work is about you being able to make that call from a clearer place — not about forcing you to quit anything.
The body usually starts to settle within weeks once we put the right things in place. Pattern shifts take months. The real rebuild — where stress is no longer running the show — takes the full six months. Honest expectation: this is a structural change, not a quick fix.
Let's talk about it on the call. If something needs medical attention, that's a doctor's job first. Many somatic stress symptoms ARE coachable — but I won't pretend coaching replaces a check-up if your body is sending strong signals.
Plan on the session itself plus a small daily practice between sessions — usually 15–30 minutes — plus the time to actually let new patterns settle in. Less than that and the regulation doesn't compound. Honestly, this is the hardest part.
Talk to me on the intro call — we can find something that works.
A few quick questions, then a free 15-minute call. No pitch, no pressure, no commitment. If it's a fit, we go further. If not, you'll leave with something useful anyway.
